We use Citrix ShareFile to host our client portal. Citrix ShareFile offers a secure online portal and transfer service designed for ease of use.
The ShareFile service employs the same safeguards as online banking at all levels of the transfer and storage process. Encryption Unlike other file-sharing services, ShareFile protects data at all times, no matter if it is at rest or being transferred. Files are protected during transfer using up to 256-bit AES encryption and SSL or TLS protocols and at rest using 256-bit AES encryption. Passwords are hashed so that not even ShareFile support employees are able to access them.
